In which country is it possible to buy online?
Currently we deliver mainly to Europe (check countries). If you don’t find your country, please contact us so we can find the best solution for you!

Sold out articles are they reset?
If a specific article or number is sold out, we will try to get it available again as soon as possible, for that you should fill in a waitlist  so WLROD – Roots of Denim (Winning Line, Lda.) may check the possibility of a new production. May it not be considered, the article will be withdrawn from the online store.

Will I receive the same article that is in the photos?
Yes, but since it is a handcrafted product there might be slight difference in the finishing. And beware that the colors may vary from screen to screen.

How do I recover my lost password?
If you forget your password, you might request a new one at “My Account“.

How can I be assured that I placed an order correctly?
Whenever you finish your order you’ll receive an e-mail confirming all details. If that shouldn’t happen please contact us by e-mail. onlineSHOP@wlrod.com

Can I follow the state of my order?
Yes, you can find out in what stage your order is at “My Account”.

Can calculate shipping cost before checking out?
Yes, there is a calculator on the cart page.

May I eliminate any article or cancel my order?
Yes.  At the “Cart” page  you may eliminate the articles you don’t want before you checkout.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect article?
WLROD – Roots of Denim has a double verification process, so that any article sold are in perfect condition. However if exceptionally you receive a defective article you must contact us by email. onlineSHOP@wlrod.com

Where can I receive my order?
You may receive you order at any address of your preference (home, work, etc., but never in POBOX) or free pick up at our HeadOffice.

The delivery country may be different of the buying country?
Yes. You can choose to ship to a different address on the checkout page.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on the shipping country. 

  • In Portugal and Spain, within 3 working days.
  • In Madeira and the Azores, Balearic & Canary Islands between 5 and 15 working days (depending on the island)
  • In the European Union, approximately 5 to 10 working days (depending on the country).
